Currently Loving:- Maybelline Color Show Nail Enamel (503- Denim Dash) & (404-Mint Mojito)

Hope you enjoying this festive season.Maybelline India had launched 40(that’s right “40”) amazing shades of Color Show nail paints. They have been a huge hit during this festive season. From neons to shimmer to matte all 40 shades are really amazing with some really unique shades. The best part about these babies is their cost. They cost Rs. 75 for 6ml of the product. Isnt that a steal ? 😀

Today i will be reviewing two shades that i got.

Considering the amount of shades i was really confused as to  which shade i should buy.(Every time i picked one shade I saw another prettier one). Since i was in a hurry I could buy just two shades 🙁 I am planning on buying all 40 shades 😛 lol it might take a lot of time though. Also with each of them i got two Maybelline Nail art stickers which are of good quality.

Maybelline Color Show in Denim Dash(503)

Frankly speaking , this my first blue shade that i got , i usually stick to the bright neon and some darker shades. I really loved how my nails looked with these. It is such a gorgeous blue shade. I did not noticed while buying neither did the SA told me that this has a matte finish.It glides on the nails smoothly without streaks.

Pros:-

• Color:- Gorgeous matte color with light shimmer
• Finish :-Matte(<3)
• Staying Power:- It does not chip easily , i was amazed it stayed on my nails for nearly 5 days.
• Price: inexpensive
• Shades: A wide range of colors to choose from.
• Application:- It dries really fast, 2 coats took less than a minute to dry
• Availability:- Readily available

Cons:-

• Can’t think of any.:)

Maybelline Color Show in Mint Mojito(404)

This is a pretty glossy finish shade. It is a bright green color with no shimmer. It is a bright fun color which is patchy with application of first coat and gets even and opaque with the second coat.Just like the Denim Dash this too has the same pros and cons with only difference of its glossy finish.

Yes for both, i will buy some other shades though. If u like to play with color or like unique colors u definitely need to buy these shades. 🙂
