DISGUISE Ultra Comfortable Satin Matte Lipstick in NUDE POET Review

Its that time of the year when my I begin my sanity because soon it will be the New Year..:) Today’s review is about my new found love. I got the DISGUISE Ultra Comfortable Satin Matte Lipstick in NUDE POET in my fab bag this month. I am so glad I came across this lipstick. Since FAB BAG gives us the option to choose the shade of the makeup, I am so glad to get the shade NUDE Poet. Lets read on to know how it fared 🙂

What is it:- Ultra-comfortable, satin matte 100% vegan lipsticks.

The shade I got:- I got the shade NUDE POET 04. It is a brownish nude shade suitable for most Indian skin tones. In total, they have 11 shades from reds to pinks to nudes to purples. They also have a black lipstick which would be amazing to try out for a goth look.

Packaging:-  The DISGUISE lipstick comes packaged in a brightly colored bullet. The lipstick bullet also has a magnetic closure which is super travel -friendly. Also, the lipstick comes in an outer cardboard box.

Texture:- Alright so I will be really honest here. For the first time in my entire life, I have finally come across a lipstick that is so creamy and matte at the same time.  Being a dry skinned beauty, my lips tend to crack all day. This lipstick is so moisturizing that you do not even need a lip balm underneath. The texture of the lipstick is creamy moist and ultra-light.

Application:- The lipstick glides on easily very easily without any tugging on the lips. The claim of being ultra comfortable definitely holds true as this lipsticks feel very lightweight on the lips. Since I am a sucker for nude lipsticks, I am very impressed with the coverage the lipstick gives in a single swipe. In one swipe, it is very opaque. At first, it gives a shiny finish on application but slowly begins turning matte. Since most matte lipsticks tend to dry out the lips, this lippie does not o so.

The lipsticks have a semi-matte finish which stays on for about 5-6 hours. Since the texture is super creamy, it is prone to breakage.

What I feel about DISGUISE Lipstick:- Honestly I am very impressed with how amazing this lipstick feels on the lips. The lipsticks are cruelty-free and vegan which is why this lipstick is on my top favorite list this season. The lipstick is formulated with healthy and luxurious oils which make the entire feeling of wearing a  lipstick feel comfortable and healthy.

Would I repurchase/ recommend this?

YES YES and Yes. I don’t how else I can emphasize this but this is an amazing lipstick for an effortless matte finish on the lips. Also since its cruelty-free and vegan, I am definitely giving away some brownie points for that. Do try this lipstick out if you are into comfortable mattes.
