Hey Lovelies, Today I bring to you a very simple yet beautiful nail art tutorial. In this tutorial I won’t be using any fancy nail tools rather I am using a toothpick and a blunted pencil. Both the toothpick and pencil give the same dotting effect needed for this nail art.
Ditch those boring plain polished nails and turn them floral in less than 15secs.
