Hey Everyone , So some while ago I reviewed a lipstick(POP OF PINK(M102)) from the Creamy Matte range by Maybelline and I am so in love with their lipsticks. A true moisturizing matte is every girls dream. So I could not resist from picking up a few more in the range. I picked up 2 shades pretty much alike. But Today I will be reviewing Rock The Coral which is a pretty cool toned coral shade. In love with all things coral 🙂 I absolutely love the shade! So, without any delay let’s move on and see how this one is in my favorites.

My Experience with Maybelline Color Show Creamy Matte Lip Color Rock The Coral:-

Maybelline Color Show Creamy Matte Lip Color Rock The Coral comes in a velvety matte black bullet. It has a shiny colored transparent stripe in middle which helps in identify the shade whether it is pink, reds, nudes or purples. The name and number of the shade is mentioned in the bottom of the case which makes it easy to find.

The shade of Maybelline Color Show Creamy Matte Lip Color Rock The Coral is very girly. It is peachy coral which is suitable for day or night looks both. This shade looks perfect with light to medium skin tones but might look a little light on those with dusky skin tones.

The lipstick has creamy texture with very good pigmentation. The end result is more creamy than matte. Those who don’t like complete matte shades can go for this Maybelline Color Show Creamy Matte Lip Color Rock The Coral. I love to wear it in blotted manner. Top it up with loose powder to get a complete matte finish. Also, this lipstick has no shimmer. It gives good color in one swipe and completely opaque in 2-3 swipes.

Also it has good staying power, it stays for 5 hours long, and gets transferred while eating, leaves stain behind in the end which I don’t like. This one glides smoothly on my lips and doesn’t dry them out. It has no such bad smell which bothers. Sometimes Maybelline Color Show Creamy Matte Lip Color Rock The Coral feels a little heavy on my lips which I don’t like. Also, it may feel a little patchy on my lips.

Overall, Maybelline Color Show Creamy Matte Lip Color Rock The Coral is a great pick if you want a matte lipstick in affordable range. With good pigmentation and decent staying power, it is surely a not-so-bad deal.
